Sean has been in retail for over 30 years with 29 years of management experience at various levels within different organisations. In 2017 he started his own business doing specialist consulting in Retail Sales, Merchandise management & Improving Business Performance.

 His most recent portfolio within the Corporate environment included leading the Incredible Connection Merchandise Division at Executive level across two Retail Brands at. Prior to this, Sean was also instrumental in the store footprint expansion from the original 5 Incredible Connection stores in 1999 to over 72 stores nationally including  cross-border which he led as Operations Executive.

 Sean is very passionate about customer service; and ensuring that  great customer experiences have consistently manage to exceed customer expectations. expectations. He enjoys driving new improvements and thrives on challenges. Sean shares the TechMarkit vision of bringing credibility to the refurbished IT tech space and enabling the everyday consumer to benefit from value, affordability and peace of mind.
