TechMarkit is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.     • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

    You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes we may have made to this notice from the last time you viewed this content. When we do make changes, we will also revise the "last updated" date.
    If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to, or email, us as soon as possible, at the address in Point 8 above. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

    TechMarkit will retain your data in compliance with the POPI Act and in compliance with other applicable legislation.

    TechMarkit does not use Automated Decision Making in connection with your personal data.

    In terms of the POPI Act (POPIA) section 18 (h) (iv) you have the right to object to the processing of personal information as referred to in section 11(3) of the POPIA.

  4. Right to lodge a complaint
