1. TechMarkit's standard trading terms and conditions apply to all transactions.
2. All offers are valid while stocks last.
3. Stock cannot be checked centrally from the support team as stock will change throughout the day.
4. No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Selected Sale products are limited to a fixed number of available stock items. Once this stock has been sold, the deal will come to an end and the product will be sold at the normal price.
6. Offers are valid within the specified date range or while stocks last.
7. Coupons or vouchers may not be used in conjunction with Sale deals.
8. Devices do not include accessories shown in the images, unless specified.
9. All Pre-Owned products carry a 6-month warranty and new products carry a 12-month warranty.
Promotional or On Sale Terms
1. Selected Sale products are limited to a fixed number of available stock items. Once this stock has been sold, the deal will come to an end and the product will be sold at the normal price.
2. Coupons or vouchers may not be used in conjunction with Sale deals or discounts.
3. If you return a purchase that has been made with a voucher, the voucher will be voided and taken into account in the refund value.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Laptop-a-Day Giveaway
1. The competition runs from Wednesday 1st October to Friday 31st October 2025.
2. All residents of South Africa are eligible to enter the competition, excluding employees, family thereof, suppliers of and contractors to TechMarkit (Pty) Ltd.
3. Entering is done by completing one or more specific tasks after going online to: https://gleam.io/8LgLg/laptop-a-day-giveaway:
(a) Liking TechMarkit on Facebook;
(b) Following TechMarkit on Instagram;
(c) Following TechMarkit on TikTok;
(d) Subscribing to TechMarkit's newsletter.
4. Each task earns you an entry and the more tasks are completed, the higher your chances are to win!
5. Once you've entered, you are entered for the entire month, no need to enter every day.
6. There is no age restriction to enter the Giveaway.
7. The prize awarded each day will be a pre-owned laptop. The brand, model and physical condition of the laptop may vary from day to day.
8. Winners will be notified on social media and via direct contact from TechMarkit.
9. Prizes can be collected by or delivered to the winner.
10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
11. Should a prize need to be delivered to a winner, that winner must reside in SA.
12. The judges' decision is final and appeals will not be entertained.

Student Discount
(a) Students who present their valid student card are eligible for a 5% discount on a laptop or phone purchase made in a TechMarkit store.
(b) This discount cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer or on an item that has already been price-reduced.
