General Terms

1. TechMarkit's standard trading terms and conditions apply to all Sale transactions.
2. All offers are valid while stocks last.
3. Stock cannot be checked centrally from the support team as availability will change throughout the day.
4. No item can be reserved, as purchases will be treated on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Selected Sale products are limited to a fixed number of available stock items. Once this stock has been sold, the deal will come to an end and the product will be sold at the normal price.
6. Offers are valid within the specified date range or while stocks last.
7. Coupons or vouchers may not be used in conjunction with Sale deals.
8. Devices do not include accessories shown in the images, unless specified in the description.
9. The duration of the warranty is specified in the description of the device, but all New products have a one-year warranty.
10. Selected Sale products are limited to a fixed number of available stock items. Once this stock has been sold, the deal will come to an end and the product will be sold at the normal price.
11. If you return a purchase that has been made with a voucher, the voucher will be voided and taken into account in the refund.
12. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Pricing Errors
While we take every care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. Prices displayed on the website are subject to confirmation. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch. In such cases, a full refund of any amount paid will be issued to the customer.

Discovery Vitality

These notes apply specifically to Discovery Vitality members who wish to redeem their Discovery points vouchers in TechMarkit stores.

1. If you buy, for example, something for R900 with a R1000 Vitality voucher, then TechMarkit will refund you the R100 difference with a TechMarkit voucher.
2. If you pay with a voucher plus other payment method, and a refund for the value of the purchase is agreed upon, TechMarkit will issue a refund according to the original payment method and will substitute the Vitality voucher with a TechMarkit voucher to the same value, unless there are return fees applicable (see Returns & Refunds Policy).

Specific Promotions

Student Discount

1. Students who present their valid student card are eligible for a 5% discount on a laptop or phone purchase made in a TechMarkit store.
2. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer or on an item that has already been price-reduced.

Instagram Catch the iPhone

1. This competition is open to everyone in SA, but entrants under the age of 18 years must be authorised by a legal guardian (PoPIA regulations).
2. The competition runs until Tuesday 31 March 2026. Winner will be announced on Thursday 2 April 2026.
3. Entrants must respond "Choose me" on the competition post and DM their screenshot of the phone "being caught".
4. One entrant who fulfills the competition requirements will be randomly selected to be the winner.
5. The prize is 1 x Pre-owned iPhone 16e smartphone.
6. The judges' decision is final and no TechMarkit employee or relative/friend of an employee may enter the competition.
