TECHMARKIT NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Rules”)

By participating in this Promotion on the TechMarkit website (https://techmarkit.co.za), members of the public will stand a chance to win a TechMarkit R1 000 voucher. When you submit your details in the TechMarkit pop-up notice you confirm acceptance of these Rules.

1. The Sign-up Competition is valid from 12 November to 12 December 2021 and no purchase is required to enter.
2. The competition is open to adults 18 years and older residing in South Africa, excluding TechMarkit employees, their families and members of companies affiliated to TechMarkit.
3. One entry is allowed per person when submitting their Name, Surname and Email address.
4. On Monday 13 December 2021 one entry will be selected from the submissions and a voucher valued at R1 000 will be sent to this winner using the email address provided in the Sign-up form.
5. By accepting these Rules, the winner agrees to having their name mentioned in the Prize notification. No other personal details will be divulged to the public.
6. Voucher usage terms:

1. The voucher is redeemable on the TechMarkit website and is valid from 13 December 2021 to 12 December 2024.
2. The voucher will be redeemable as a discount code on any purchase made on the TechMarkit website.
3. The value of the voucher is to be spent on one transaction, with no change given if the full value of the voucher is not used.
4. It is the responsibility of the winner to safeguard the voucher code as it cannot be replaced or the value thereon redeemed if the voucher code is lost or stolen.
5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.
6. Should a purchase made on the TechMarkit website using the voucher be subject to a refund, only the portion paid by the customer will be redeemed to the customer and not the value of the TechMarkit voucher.
